Immobilize

You can cause creatures to freeze in place, compelling them to stay motionless. With a Difficulty 10 Immobilize check you can paralyze and freeze in place a creature you touch (requiring an attack roll if they are unwilling subjects). The target receives a Will save. If the save is failed, the victim is aware and breathes normally, but cannot take any actions, even speech. Each round on its turn, the victim may, as a full-round action, attempt a new saving throw to end the effect.

Action: Immobilize is a standard action.
